1. Scope of Policy

This Return Policy applies to all products sold by BJSEAL specifically for the oil and gas industries. Our aim is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The product delivered does not match the specifications or order details.

3. Return Process

  1. Notification: Notify BJSEAL of the return request within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Authorization: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed, including all original packaging and documentation.

  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the package.

4. Inspection and Restocking

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected by our technical team. Products must be in their original condition and free from signs of use, tampering, or damage not covered by warranty.

5. Refunds and Credits

Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as a store credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products, special orders, and items specified as non-returnable at the time of sale cannot be returned.
